New Home built by Gray Homes in Preston

We recently entrusted Lachlan to build our dream home in Preston, and the decision to do so was an easy one. From the moment we handed Lachlan our plans, we knew he was the right person to build our home as he listened to our needs, and offered expert advice and guidance to ensure that the final product was going to be exactly what we wanted.

Unlike many other builders in Toowoomba, Lachlan personally built our home – he was always on site with a tool in his hand. He allowed us flexibility with certain aspects of the build, and no request was too tedious or trivial. He respected us and our vision, and was only too happy to accommodate a few changes along the way with little disruption to the schedule.

His carpentry crew were always pleasant and courteous, and our job site was kept clean and tidy at all times. We were put at ease with frequent communications and onsite meetings, and all members of his extended team (ie. plumber/painter/electrician etc) were willing to give advice when we requested it, and they made the entire building process a pleasurable one.

The end result is that our home is more beautiful than we had dreamed of. It was an absolute pleasure partnering with Lachlan, and it is with genuine satisfaction that we recommend him to build your dream home.

We employed Lachlan from Gray Homes Toowoomba to undertake a home renovation task that involved installing an attic floor, attic ladder, wardrobe area and framing up windows and doors with architrave, with the whole room later being gyprocked. Lachlan really made sure all tasks were completed to a high standard. Our family is very happy with the finished renovation from Gray Homes and is now our new Pool Room. My wife and I enjoyed the experience of having our ideas turn into plans and becoming a reality through the guidance and workmanship of Gray Homes. Lachlan and Duncan were very approachable and patient as we changed our original ideas around. They were also polite and involved us in each stage. We appreciated that they were able to keep us in the picture of the progress goal at the end of each week.
