My elderly father had his bathroom renovated to be more accessible by Gray Homes. Lachlan was great to deal with. He was professional, capable, honest and efficient from the first contact. We employed Lachlan from Gray Homes Toowoomba to undertake a home renovation task that involved installing an attic floor, attic ladder, wardrobe area and framing up windows and doors with architrave, with the whole room later being gyprocked. Lachlan really made sure all tasks were completed to a high standard. Our family is very happy with the finished renovation from Gray Homes and is now our new Pool Room. My wife and I enjoyed the experience of having our ideas turn into plans and becoming a reality through the guidance and workmanship of Gray Homes. Lachlan and Duncan were very approachable and patient as we changed our original ideas around. They were also polite and involved us in each stage. We appreciated that they were able to keep us in the picture of the progress goal at the end of each week. We are very happy with the way everything has finished and would recommend their workmanship to others. It is gratifying to know this high standard of work is available in Toowoomba.

Lachy has a great eye for detail and is really keen to share his ideas and experience to design and build a great home. He and his team completed our extension on time and under budget. They were great to work with! We are delighted with the job and the follow-up service we've received. He just doesn't forget you once the last invoice is paid! Throughout he has communicated well, kept all commitments and been responsive to every request. First class experience.
